Description 4 km to beaches Charente-Maritime A detached, modern holiday villa in large, fully enclosed gardens on the edge of the village of Saint Augustin sur Mer. The gardens are mainly lawned and to the rear of the villa there is a conservatory and a built-in bbq, which provide the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. The sandy beaches of the Atlantic are what attracts visitors to the region, but for those who want some variety there are lots of activities and things to do. The zoo at La Palmyre is Europe’s largest and there is an 18 hole golf course and equestrian centre within 5km. The pine forests are great for walkers and cyclists alike and wine lovers will enjoy a day trip to chateaux and vineyards of the Medoc, which can be accessed by ferry from the port in Royan 8km. Shop, caf�/bar and restaurant 1km, beach 4km. Lounge, dining room, kitchen, conservatory, shower room with basin, 2 double bedrooms. Mezzanine with double bed. First floor: Shower room with basin, 1 double bedroom. Electric heaters, woodburner in lounge, all fuel and power included in rent May-Sep, €40 supplement Oct-Apr, colour TV, DVD player, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, enclosed lawned garden, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, ample off road parking.
