The views are onto verdant mountain pastures and along the valley towards Th�nes. Nearby are the beaches of Lake Annecy and excellent walking, mountain biking or bird watching country. There is a good choice of restaurants and bars in nearby Th�nes. Annecy is a must to visit for its gardens, lakeside setting and ancient shopping streets. Ground floor: Living/dining room with glass fronted fire and corner kitchen. Bathroom. Separate WC. Open-tread stairs to first floor: Double bedroom with additional bunk beds and balcony.
