Description Shared indoor swimming pool Morbihan This beautiful estate located at the end of a no-through lane comprises of four 17th century stone houses, which have been renovated into holiday properties. This detached house is surrounded by 50 hectares of woodland which is ideal for walkers with hiking trails. A characterful property featuring French windows from the open plan living area which lead onto the terrace. There is a shared, heated, indoor swimming pool (10m x 5m, depth 0.6m - 1.4m) with pool house with table tennis and table football. The forest of Pont-Calleck is 10km, and Les Roches du Diable (Devil’s Rocks) with hiking trail are set between the Rivers Ell� and Scorff, famous for canoeing. A 20 minute drive takes you to the seaside resort of Larmor-Plage, facing the Island of Croix. Lorient is worth a visit for its nightlife as well as its famous summer Celtic music festival. Plouay is 3km. Shops 3km, caf�/bar and restaurant 0.5km, beach 20km. Ground floor: Lounge/kitchen/diner, separate toilet. First floor: Bathroom with basin, 2 separate toilets, 4 bedrooms: 2 double (160cm), 1 with en-suite shower and basin, 2 twin, 1 plus single bed.
