Description Excellent touring base Finist�re This renovated cottage is close to the beautiful Elorn Estuary, of which there are views from the lounge. You are ideally placed to explore some of the quietest and most unspoilt of the Finist�re coastline; the spectacular cliffs, fine sands and wild waves of the Crozon Peninsula, lovely river estuaries leading out into the straits of Brest, or the famous Abers, to the north west – remote villages, tiny chapels and lovely sandy coves. Close to the detached house is a forest and a riding school as well as footpaths along the riverbank. Sailing and kayaking are also available. The Oceanopolis sea life centre in Brest is only 15km away and the airport is only 8km. Shops 5km, caf�/bar and restaurant 1km, beach 15km. Ground floor: Dining room, kitchen, separate toilet. First floor: Lounge, shower room with toilet and basin, 3 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin, 1 single. Oil central heating, all fuel and power included in rent May to September, €30 supplement October to April, bed linen included in rent, cot, colour TV, DVD player, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, enclosed lawned garden, garden furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 1 car. Sorry, no pets.
