Shop, caf�/bar and restaurant 550 yards (500m), beach 28 miles (45km). Ground floor: Lounge/kitchen/diner, separate toilet, 1 double bedroom. First floor: Shower room with basin, 2 bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin.
