Description Set on the edge of the Exmoor National Park this delightful holiday cottage, with beams and plenty of character, is an annexe of a 400-year-old thatched farmhouse. It is set in large landscaped gardens with a stream and ornamental ponds. Exmoor has stunning landscapes with glimpses of red deer and the native Exmoor ponies. Horse riding, trout fishing, bird watching, golf and beaches, all within a few miles. There are many NT properties in the area, as well as Rosemoor with its beautiful gardens. Tiverton 14 miles, Barnstaple 13 miles. Village shop, post office and pub � mile. Ground floor: Living room. Dining room/kitchen. Cloakroom with toilet. First floor: 3 bedrooms: 2 double, one with en-suite shower room, 1 single. Bathroom with toilet. NSH, elec, bed linen and towels inc. Cot. H/chair. DVD. Elec cooker. M/wave. Use of w/machine, t/dryer and freezer in owner’s utility room. Lawned garden and furniture. Parking (2 cars). One well-behaved dog welcome (to be kept under strict control, animals nearby). Couples and family bookings only. NB: Ponds and a stream in the garden.
