Description Great base for Cornwall This large detached Cornish holiday cottage has been carefully renovated and extended to create a spacious well designed home. Its enclosed gardens, patio area and games room will give visitors a variety of opportunities to relax and have fun. The property is equipped to a good standard throughout and will appeal to those wanting to be near to the famous surfing beaches of Newquay (9 miles). You can also join the South West Coast Path and take in the breathtaking views along the rugged North Cornwall coastline. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs and a variety of shops in Newquay and you are only a short drive from the beautiful harbour town of Padstow which is approximately 7 miles. For the more energetic visitors why not hire a bike and cycle along the Camel Estuary to Wadebridge and beyond. The Eden Project is approximately 7 miles away and is well worth a visit. Shop and pub 0.5 miles, restaurant 1 mile. Ground floor: Living room. Dining room/kitchen. Games room. Separate toilet.
