With an upstairs living room and bedrooms below, it has beamed ceilings, exposed woodwork and a secluded sun-deck off the living room. Close to the Camel walking and cycling trail and the Camel Valley vineyard (0.5 miles), and within 10 miles are superb beaches and coastal walks, sailing, fishing, surfing and golf, it makes an ideal base for savouring many of Cornwall’s holiday delights. The stately homes of Pencarrow and Lanhydrock (National Trust) are approximately 4 miles. The Eden Project is approximately 10 miles away. Shop and restaurants 2 miles, pub 1.5 miles.
