Description On the main sea front in Woolacombe, with quick and easy access to the beaches and with many local shops, pubs and restaurants all within a short walk. 8 Devon Beach Court provides a perfect holiday setting. The accommodation is light, spacious and comfortable. This second floor apartment is modern and stylish with laminate flooring in the main living areas and carpet in the bedrooms for comfort. Once inside, the accommodation is all on one level. There is access off the main living area to a good sized balcony with decked flooring at the side of the building, with sea views and overlooking Barricane Beach, famous for shell collecting! The apartment is in a great location and makes an ideal place for everyone including walkers, as much of the coastline is owned by the National Trust. The close proximity of the beach makes the apartment perfect for the family summer holiday. Accommodation Lift or stairs to Second floor Living/dining and kitchen area with TV with freeview, DVD and video. The kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. A tumble dryer is housed in a cupboard off the hallway. Bedroom 1 with Double, CD player and radio, and en suite shower room with shower cubicle, WC and basin. Bedroom 2 with Bunks (more suitable for children). Bathroom with bath, WC and basin.

Facilities and Services Linen and towels. Gas CH. Regret no pets. No smoking. Private parking. Short breaks available. 4pm arrival time. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Friday.
